About Katharina Gastager

With roots in Germany, where I was born and raised, my journey through the realms of residential and commercial real estate, entrepreneurship, and international brand management has been diverse and enriching. Throughout my high school and college years, I gained experience in real estate as an office administrator. It sparked a passion for the industry, even as I explored various professions and founded a language school while attending law school. In 2002, I embarked on a new adventure, relocating to the USA to support my husband's dream of opening the Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas, a German restaurant. This venture led me to a pivotal role in developing and designing merchandise for the gift shop, eventually propelling me into a consultancy position with Hofbrauhaus of America. There, I established the HB merchandise wholesale division. My commitment earned me the position of Director of Operations & Merchandising, where I played a significant role in the brand's expansion as a franchisor and importer of beer. In 2024, I stood at a crossroad: return to law school to pursue the bar exam in the USA or embrace my true calling in real estate. This decision was driven by my lifelong interest in real estate and my desire to leverage my unique background in business development, brand management, international operations, and client service to excel in this field. Joining Realty ONE Group, the leader in Nevada real estate and a true powerhouse across the U.S., felt like destiny. The company’s visionary culture, vibrant lifestyle, and modern approach to real estate deeply align with my own values and aspirations. It was the perfect place to begin an exciting new chapter in my career. In March 2025, I expanded my professional journey by earning my Florida real estate salesperson license and proudly affiliating with Paradise Exclusive. With this milestone, I’m now able to serve clients in both Nevada and Florida—two incredible markets offering unique opportunities.
